January 21 at GastroSchool 18 in the city of Dnipro will host a master class from the companies Maresto and METRO Horeca "All about meat: cooking techniques."
Real HoReCa gurus, in particular Maresto brand chef Sergey Pastukh, will demonstrate how to make a gourmet meal quickly and easily from ordinary meat and how to satisfy customers who do not eat meat. Participants in the workshop will learn how to cook different types of meat: ducks, veal, pork, rabbit meat, as well as vegetable protein burgers.
Other speakers included brand chef WHISKY CORNER Restaurant, vice president of the Association of Chefs of Ukraine Aleksey Povtoreyko, chef of Big Mama and One Dollar Bar restaurants Sergey Zelenohat and chief sommelier of METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine Aleksey Gizhko.
