Blanco recipe: bird fillet with spring vegetables
You will need:
- 20 g of sunflower oil;
- 250 g sliced carrots;
- 250 g sliced leeks;
- 250 g of diced red pepper;
- 150 g of chicken fillet (turkey or chicken);
- 150 g of dairy product (it can be cream, sour cream or substitute for coconut milk);
- fresh parsley.
1. Prepare the vegetables, pre-cut them.
2. Put the poultry fillets in a heat container for one hour at 70 degrees.
3. Add the vegetables to the preheated oil in a wok pan (warming level 3). Add one type of dairy product. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook the grilled fillets in a good crust at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Cut the fillets into thin slices.
6. Place vegetables and fillets on a plate. You can decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
